Allegrini's La Poja 2003, 100% Corvina Veronese, is an IGT Veronese with an intense ruby color. It offers complex aromas of wild berries, spices, and tobacco. On the palate, it is structured, elegant, and soft, with a long finish. Aged in barriques and bottle, it is ideal with red meats at 18°C.

Refinement
Approximately 20 months in new oak barriques, followed by at least 12 months in bottle for optimal maturation and flavor harmonization.
Vinification
Manual harvest, partial drying of grapes (approx. one month). Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with long maceration. Complete malolactic fermentation.
