Intense ruby red color. On the nose it expresses aromas of great amplitude that change allowing the wine to oxygenate in the glass: first notes of blackberry and black cherry, then structured tertiary notes of sweet spices, tobacco, coffee. On the palate, the fresh acidity and round tannins from the aging in wood frame a spherical wine, sometimes bony, which makes it the ideal protagonist at convivial tables, or at the end of the meal.

Pairing: Excellent with grilled red meats, hides, spicy aged pecorino.
