Roncús Pinot Blanc, from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, is a dry white wine made from 100% Pinot Blanc grapes. It presents a pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with delicate notes of apple, pear, citrus, and white flowers, enriched by mineral hints. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, balanced, and persistent, with a lively acidity that enhances its drinkability. Aged in stainless steel, it is ideal for aperitifs and fish dishes. Serve at 8-10 °C.
