The Dal Forno Recioto 1997 is a Veneto oenological masterpiece. With Corvina, Corvinone, Oseleta, it displays intense garnet red. Bouquet of wild berries, cocoa, sweet spices. On the palate, sweet, enveloping, velvety, with a long finish. Aged 36 months in barriques, ideal with dark chocolate or for meditation. Serve at 14-16°C.

Colour

Intense garnet red, almost impenetrable, with orangey reflections, a sign of age.

Bouquet

Intense and complex; wild berries, brandied cherry, cocoa, tobacco, sweet spices, vanilla, balsamic notes.

Taste

Sweet, enveloping, warm, velvety, with balanced acidity, fine tannins, and a very long, persistent finish of candied fruit.
