Intense ruby red with garnet reflections, deep and brilliant.

Bouquet

Broad, complex bouquet with notes of ripe red fruits, cherry in spirits, sweet tobacco, spices, and a balsamic touch.

Taste

Structured, elegant with velvety, well-integrated tannins. Great aromatic persistence and a long fruity and spicy finish.

Large red wine glass, ideally a Burgundy or Gran Cru type.

Refinement

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature with prolonged maceration on the skins.
