Roberto Picech Collio Jelka Bianco 2001 from Italy is a dry still white wine from Friuli-Venezia Giulia. A blend of Ribolla Gialla, Friulano, and Malvasia Istriana, it offers an intense yellow color, complex aromas, and a dry, full, and persistent taste. Aged in steel and bottle, at 13.5% vol., it's ideal with elaborate fish and white meats, served at 10-12℃.
