Radoar Vedla is a refined Traditional Method sparkling wine from Alto Adige, produced mainly from Weissburgunder grapes. Bright straw yellow with fine perlage. The nose offers fresh notes of green apple, citrus, and bread crust. On the palate, it's dry, fresh, elegant, with pleasant acidity and a persistent finish. Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with light appetizers and fish. It ages for at least 36 months on lees. Serve at 6-8℃.
