Bouquet
Complex, notes of dried apricot, candied citrus, honey, spices, aromatic herbs, and evolved tertiary aromas.
Taste
Rich, profound, with a notable tannic structure and vibrant minerality. Great persistence and a savory finish.
Alcohol content
13.5% Vol.
Type of glass
Large red wine glass or structured white wine glass to appreciate its complexity.
Pairings
Perfect with rich fish dishes, white meats, aged cheeses, ethnic cuisine, and truffles.
Refinement
Long aging in large Slavonian oak barrels and subsequent bottle rest for years.
