Produced with indigenous Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes, it displays an intense garnet color and a complex aroma of spirits-soaked fruit, sweet spices, and leather. On the palate, it is warm, powerful, and velvety, with hints of jam and chocolate. Aged for 7-8 years in oak barrels, it is ideal with game and aged cheeses, served at 18-20°C in a large glass.
