Fruity bouquet of small red berries, cherry, and floral and mineral notes.
Taste
Dry, fresh and vibrant, with a pleasant savoriness and a persistent finish.

Medium-sized tulip glass.
Pairings
Typical Emilian cured meats, fresh stuffed pasta, red meats, and aged cheeses. Also excellent with pizza.
Refinement
In the bottle on its own lees using the ancestral method, which gives complexity and finesse.
