Quarticello Cascinaronchi Brut Nature is a Traditional Method Spumante made from Spergola grapes in Emilia-Romagna. It presents a straw yellow color, aromas of flowers, citrus, and bread crust. On the palate, it is dry, fresh, and mineral, aged for 24 months on its lees. Serve at 6-8°C with aperitifs or fish dishes.
