Prunotto Nebbiolo d'Alba Occhetti 1990 is a dry red wine with an intense garnet red color and orange reflections. The nose opens with a complex bouquet of rose, ripe red fruits, and tertiary notes. On the palate, it is structured and enveloping, with elegant tannins and a long finish. Aged in wood and bottle, it's perfect with roasts and aged cheeses, served at 16-18°C.

Vinification
Maceration on the skins for about 10-15 days, alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature.
