Ruby red, bright. The nose reveals notes of fresh berries, raspberry, blackcurrant and blackberry. Light spicy notes in the background, combined with a light candied fragrance. In the mouth it is fresh, balanced, drinkable, with a young and lively tannin.

Pairings: Combines very well with poorly structured first courses or main dishes composed mainly of white meat.
