Straw yellow color, intense. On the nose we note notes of ripe peach, apricot and melon. In the background we find notes of wood and freshly cut grass. In the mouth it is fresh, drinkable, balanced, very drinkable and with its own structure. The end is persistent.

Pairings: Combines very well with fish-based dishes such as swordfish rolls with salmoriglio and salad.
