With its bright straw yellow color and greenish reflections, it offers intense notes of elderflower, tomato leaf, and citrus on the nose. On the palate, it is fresh, mineral, and persistent, with an alcohol content of 13%. Ideal with fish, shellfish, and fresh cheeses, it should be served between 8 and 10 ℃ in a tulip glass. Aging in steel and a short bottle period enhance its characteristics.
