Pojer e Sandri's Essenzia Dolomiti is an excellent Passito from Trentino. Made from Gewürztraminer and indigenous dried white grapes, it shows an intense golden yellow, with aromas of candied fruit and honey. Sweet, balanced, and persistent on the palate, ideal with foie gras or cheeses.
