The Bolgheri Superiore Sapaio 2006 is a magnificent expression of Tuscany. A dry red from Cabernet Sauvignon, Franc, and Petit Verdot. Intense ruby color, complex aromas of ripe red fruits, balsamic and spicy notes. Full-bodied, structured, elegant, with silky tannins and a persistent finish. Aged in barriques, ideal with red meats and aged cheeses, served at 16-18℃.
