Petrussa Pensiero Bianco Demi is a fresh and pleasant sparkling wine from Friuli Venezia Giulia. Produced with indigenous white grapes using the Charmat method, it displays a pale straw yellow color and delicate fruit and floral aromas. On the palate, it's balanced, sweetly persistent, ideal for desserts or as an aperitif, served at 6-8°C in a flute.
