This Valpolicella Superiore DOC, a Pasqua icon, blends Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella. Aged 24 months in oak, it offers intense ruby red, cherry and spice aromas, a soft, enveloping taste with a long finish. Ideal with red meats and aged cheeses, serve at 18℃.
