Refinement
Long period in large oak barrels, followed by significant bottle aging before release. Minimum 38 months, of which 18 in wood.
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with prolonged maceration on the skins to extract color and aromas. Controlled temperature to preserve finesse.
