Colour

Not too intense ruby red, sometimes with garnet reflections and good transparency.

Bouquet

Intense, with notes of small red fruits (raspberry, strawberry), cherry, sweet spices, hints of undergrowth and floral (violet).

Taste

Elegant, harmonious and well-balanced. Fine tannins and a pleasant freshness culminating in a persistent, fruity finish.

Burgundy glass (wide and bulbous) to best enhance the complexity of the aromas.
