Nervi Rosé 2023 is an excellent dry rosé wine from Piedmont, produced solely with Nebbiolo grapes. It shows a pale pink color and a delicate bouquet of flowers and red fruits. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, and harmonious, perfect with appetizers, fish dishes, and white meats. Steel fermentation preserves its vibrancy.
