“57” ASOLO PROSECCO SUPERIORE DOCG EXTRA DRY
This wine was created to commemorate the foundation year of our winery: 1957. Naturally fermented sparkling wine with the Charmat method, obtained from a selection of the best grapes from the hills of the Asolo DOCG area. Pale straw yellow in color and with an impeccable clarity embroidered for a minute and incessant perlage, it has an intensely fruity scent reminiscent of golden apple and acacia flowers. Its taste is savory, pleasantly lean, light in alcohol. Ideal as an aperitif, but also perfect for the whole meal in combination with fish and white meat dishes. It should be served at a temperature of 6/8 ° C.
