Monte Rossa Rosè Flamingo, a Franciacorta DOCG Brut from Lombardy, blends Pinot Nero and Chardonnay. Bright pale pink with fine perlage, it offers aromas of forest fruits and citrus. Fresh, savory, and elegant on the palate, with good structure. Aged 24-30 months, it's excellent at 6-8°C with aperitifs or fish.
