A classic expression from Monte Dall'Ora, this Valpolicella Ripasso Sausto offers an intense ruby red color. Its bouquet reveals ripe red fruits, spices, and vanilla. On the palate, it's full-bodied, warm, harmonious, with soft tannins and a persistent finish. Aged for 12 months in large barrels, ideal with red meats and aged cheeses. Serve at 16-18℃.
