Bright straw yellow with golden reflections, fine and persistent perlage.
Bouquet
Complex bouquet of white-fleshed fruit (apple, pear), citrus, floral notes, hints of yeast, toasted bread, and fresh butter.
Taste
Fresh, elegant, and well-balanced, with pleasant acidity and a long mineral persistence. Notes of brioche and ripe fruits.
Alcohol content
12.5% Vol.
Type of glass
Flûte or tulip-shaped Champagne glass.
Pairings
Excellent as an aperitif, with seafood, oysters, shellfish, baked fish, delicate white meats, and fresh cheeses.
Refinement
