Brilliant straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Bouquet
Intense, with notes of bitter almond, white flowers, white peach, pear, and mineral hints.
Taste
Dry, fresh, savory, balanced, and persistent, with a pleasant almond aftertaste. Excellent structure.
Alcohol content
13% vol.
Type of glass
Medium-sized tulip wine glass.
Pairings
Light appetizers, herb risottos, fish, shellfish, white meats, San Daniele ham, fresh cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif.
Refinement
In stainless steel, then a short period in the bottle.
Vinification
Soft pressing, controlled temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Cold maceration.
