Inkino Brut is a Trentino Classic Method from Chardonnay and Pinot Nero. Bright straw yellow, with fine perlage. Intense aroma of bread crust, green apple, and citrus. On the palate, it's fresh, savory, and harmonious, with 12.5% vol. Aged 36 months on lees. Excellent aperitif.
