Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, exotic ripe fruit aromas, but also ginger and glazed citrus, apricot jam, beeswax and an almost powdery finish. Its powerful flavor, smooth, almost fat sip that keeps the considerable alcoholic component at bay, the second flavor also denotes freshness and flavor that flow hand in hand on the palate, close to almond and citrus.

Pairing: Delicious with fish, including the classic cod a la vicenza. Excellent served fresh with risotto.
