Bright straw yellow in color with golden reflections. Its complex and pleasant aroma, mineral with notes of exotic fruits, apricot and sweet vanilla. In the mouth it is rich, round, full, the vanilla note is persistent and minerality is found.

Pairing: Perfect with vegetarian first courses, fish soups, pasta and risotto, baked and grilled fish.
