Bouquet
Ripe red fruit, cherry, sour cherry, spicy and balsamic notes.
Taste
Warm, soft, balanced, with velvety tannins and a persistent finish.

14% vol.
Type of glass
Large Burgundy or Gran Balon glass.
Pairings
Roasts, grilled red meats, game, aged cheeses.
Refinement
In oak barrels for 12-18 months, followed by bottle aging.
Vinification
Traditional fermentation, then "ripasso" on Amarone/Recioto pomace for structure and complexity.
16-18°C.
