Formiga Valpolicella Superiore is a DOC red from Veneto, made with Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Croatina. It shows an intense ruby color, aromas of red fruits and spices, and a full-bodied, persistent taste. Aged in oak, it is ideal with red meats. Serve at 16-18°C.
