The Ingrid Groiss Reserve Grüner Veltliner "In der Schablau" is a dry Austrian white wine with a brilliant straw yellow color and green reflections. The nose reveals complex notes of white pepper, citrus, green apple, and distinct minerality. The palate is intense and vibrant, with well-balanced acidity leading to a long, spicy finish. With 13.5% vol., this wine ages partly in steel and partly in large wooden barrels, with controlled fermentation and long lees contact. Serve at 10-12°C in a large glass. It is ideal with white meats, elaborate fish, aged cheeses, and spicy Asian dishes.
