Il Mosnel Franciacorta DOCG Brut Satèn Millesimato is a 100% Chardonnay with a very fine perlage. It offers a complex bouquet of citrus and bread crust. Soft and creamy on the palate, it's ideal with fish or as an aperitif.
Brilliant straw yellow with golden reflections, very fine and persistent perlage.

Wide and complex bouquet with notes of citrus, ripe fruit, white flowers, bread crust, and slight hints of hazelnut and butter.

Soft, creamy, and velvety on the palate, with a pleasant freshness and a long, persistent finish. Balance and finesse.

Vinification
Soft pressing of whole grapes, fermentation in stainless steel tanks and partly in barriques, then second fermentation in bottle using the Classic Method.
