Giulio Cocchi Toto Corde Alta Langa Brut is a refined Piedmontese Traditional Method sparkling wine. Made with 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, it has a brilliant straw yellow color and fine perlage. Intense on the nose with toasted bread and citrus notes; fresh, savory on the palate. 12.5% vol., serve at 6-8°C in a flute. Ideal as an aperitif or with delicate fish, after 30 months on lees.
