Refinement
Long aging in large Slavonian oak barrels for 7-8 years, followed by further bottle rest.
Vinification
Prolonged maceration on the skins, alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature with indigenous yeasts.
18-20°C. Decant at least 2-3 hours before serving.
