Bouquet
Complex notes of citrus, white flowers, brioche, toasted hazelnut, and minerality.
Taste
Fresh, vibrant, elegant, with excellent structure and persistence. Fruity and mineral notes return, long, savory finish.

12.5% vol.

Flute or Tulip Champagne glass.

Excellent as an aperitif, with seafood, oysters, sushi, raw fish, shellfish, fresh cheeses.
Refinement
