Cloudy straw yellow with greenish reflections, turbid due to yeasts.
Bouquet
Notes of bread crust, yeast, green apple, citrus, white flowers, mineral hints.
Taste
Dry, savory, fresh, with good acidity and a persistent finish. Unfiltered.
