The Feudi Salentini Susumaniello is a red wine that embodies the spirit of Puglia. Produced with 100% Susumaniello grapes, it offers an intense ruby red color with violet reflections. On the nose, aromas of ripe red fruits, plum, with spicy and balsamic notes emerge. On the palate, it is full-bodied, soft and velvety, with balanced tannins and a persistent finish. Ideal with red meats, game and aged cheeses, it is recommended to serve it at 16-18℃ in a large glass to fully appreciate its complexity, which derives from careful vinification and a short aging in barrique.
