Complex, ethereal, withered rose, violet, liquorice, truffle, spices, leather, tobacco. Noble evolution notes.
Taste
Structured, austere yet elegant, with fine tannins and a long aromatic persistence. Tertiary notes emerge.

14% vol.
Type of glass
Large Barolo/Nebbiolo glass to enhance the aromas and complexity.
Pairings
Ideal with important roasts, game, braised red meats, aged cheeses and truffle dishes.
Refinement
Long period in large Slavonian oak barrels, followed by prolonged bottle aging.
Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with prolonged maceration on the skins. Subsequent malolactic fermentation.
