Eric Bordelet Calvados Granit, from Normandy, is an AOC spirit made with traditional cider apples. Aged in oak for two years, it presents a light amber color and aromas of apple, citrus, and mineral notes. On the palate, it is fresh, fruity, and vibrant, with an alcohol content of 40% vol. Served at 18-20°C in a tulip glass, it pairs well with cheeses, desserts, and as a digestif.
