Eric Bordelet Poire Authentique is an artisanal perry from Normandy. Made with selected perry pears, it offers a pale golden color and intense fresh pear and floral aroma. On the palate, it's fresh, lively, with a sweet-sour balance and persistent ripe pear finish. Approx. 4-5% vol., best served at 8-10°C. Perfect as an aperitif, with cheese or desserts.
