Dorigo's Montsclapade is a still, dry red wine from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, made from Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso and Pignolo. Intense ruby red color, complex aroma of forest fruits and spices. Structured, warm, persistent, with elegant tannins. Aged in barriques and bottle, pairs perfectly with red meats and aged cheeses, served at 18-20℃.
