Domenico Clerico's Barolo Pajana 2004, a DOCG from Piedmont with great structure. Garnet color, offering complex aromas of rose and spices. Powerful on the palate, with noble tannins and long persistence. Aged in oak, ideal with roasts and aged cheeses. Serve at 18-20°C.
