Domaine Du Bel-air Clos Nouveau is a French Gamay from Beaujolais. Deep ruby red, with aromas of red fruits, cherry, and floral/mineral notes. The palate is fruity, structured, fresh, and persistent. Serve at 14-16℃ with cured meats, white poultry, or fresh cheeses.
