Domaine des Roches Neuves Saumur Champigny Franc de Pied is an exceptional ungrafted Cabernet Franc from the Loire Valley, France. Bright ruby red, it offers aromas of crisp red berries, violet, spices, and chalk. On the palate, it's fresh, fruity, elegant, and vibrant, with distinct minerality and a persistent finish. Aged in steel and/or large barrels, it reflects biodynamic winemaking. Serve at 14-16°C with charcuterie or roasted poultry.
