An artisanal eau-de-vie from Distillerie Cazottes (Occitanie). Distilled from elderflowers, it is clear and crystalline. The nose is intense and fragrant with fresh elderflower. The palate is delicately sweet, with persistent floral notes and a refined finish. Excellent as a digestif or for cocktails.
