Intense straw yellow, with rich foam, fine and very long pearl. On the nose it opens with notes of mint and thyme, well supported by excellent acidity and floral notes of jasmine and acacia. Direct, smooth, with rich creamy foam and light bread crust. Fresh on the palate with marked sapidity and fine pearls.

Pairing: It goes perfectly with fish appetizers, white meat, fried fish, steamed fish crustaceans, appetizers and raw fish.
