Intense old golden yellow color, with important orange reflections in sight. The nose opens on withered yellow flowers, then continues with flavors of overripe fruit, always with yellow pulp. The clear chalky and mineral traces complete the olfactory picture. In the mouth it is supported by a strong acidity, accompanied by a pleasant flavor. Good persistence.

Pairings: Combines very well with fish soups, white meats, semi-cured cheeses.
