Colour
Intense golden yellow with amber and opalescent reflections.
Bouquet
Complex and enveloping, with notes of ripe yellow-fleshed fruit, candied citrus, aromatic herbs, honey, and mineral nuances.
Taste
Structured, savory, and persistent, with pleasant freshness and a slight tannin. Long finish with citrus and mineral returns.
Alcohol content
13% Vol.
Type of glass
Large glass for structured white wine or Burgundy glass.
Pairings
Perfect with rich pasta dishes, flavorful white meats, stewed fish, aged cheeses, and spicy ethnic cuisine.
Refinement
In terracotta amphorae for about 12 months, followed by a resting period in the bottle.
Vinification
Manual harvest, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, and long skin maceration in amphora. No filtration.
